GATEJAN Schnellstart

From truck arrival to inventory and documents.

1. Owner setup

Sign in, open Unternehmens-Dashboard and pair a Gate device and an Büro device using one-time pairing codes.

2. Gate / Weighbridge

Record truck and trailer plates, driver, carrier, material, inventory location and first weight. Use single or double weighing as required.

3. Departure

For double weighing, enter the second weight. GATEJAN derives net weight from the stored first and second readings.

4. Documents

Issue a Wiegeschein and Bill of Lading / Shipping Document from Gate or Büro.

5. Bestand

Completed weighings synchronize into the tenant inventory. Büro can also record authorized manual inventory movements.

6. Owner oversight

Review open/completed weighings, inventory cards, paired devices and revoke devices remotely.
